Based on the principle that the static pressure of the measured liquid is directly proportional to the liquid height, the input type liquid level meter converts the static pressure into an electrical signal by using the piezoresistive effect of diffusion silicon or ceramic sensor. After temperature compensation and linear correction, it is converted into 4-20mADC standard current signal output. The sensor part of the input type liquid level meter can be directly put into the liquid, and the transmitter part can be fixed with a flange or bracket, so it is very convenient to install and use.
The input type liquid level meter adopts advanced isolation type diffusion silicon sensitive element, which can be directly put into the container or water body, accurately measure the height from the end of the level gauge to the water surface, and output the water level through 4-20mA current or RS485 signal.
This two-wire drop-in level gauge consists of a special air-conducting cable with a built-in capillary hose, a compression joint, and a probe. The probe structure of the drop-in level gauge is a stainless steel cylinder core with a diaphragm at the bottom and is covered by a plastic shell with holes. Liquid level measurement is actually the difference between the hydrostatic pressure on the probe and the actual atmospheric pressure, and then the ceramic sensor (attached to the stainless steel film) and electronic components convert the pressure difference into a 4-20mA output signal.
